Are you insured?
Yes. Our trucks and teams are fully insured, including cover against any damage caused to a client’s property when removing waste from the premises.
Can you collect after hours?
Yes we can. This may incur an extra charge, which will be discussed at the time of booking.
Do I have to be at the property to do the job?
No. Provided we can access the waste and it is clear what items are to be taken. As long as we have your contact number or email address, we can notify you when the job has been done, including before and after photos. If any problems arise on site, our collection team will contact you discuss them.
What happens to the waste after you collected it?
Waste is passed on for re-use or taken to fully licensed commercial recycling facilities. Most of the waste transfer stations we use have near 100% landfill diversion, making our services eco-friendly and reducing your carbon footprint.
How do I pay?
All our trucks have card machines so you can pay with any debit or credit card on the day. We also accept cash or bank transfer.
